Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from flocknherd.com. Please note that your use of flocknherd.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Purchased items will be shipped from PA within 5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 5. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify sales@flocknherd.com and provide your order number.
Domestic (USA)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.
International USPS Priority Mail
Standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
flocknherd.com is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify sales@flocknherd.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on flocknherd.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
